Error codes - TC15S, TC15P & TC16P
Reset Procedure:
Press up- & down button at the same time untill the frame has reached the lowest position. A beep will sound when the reset process is complete and the up- & down buttons can be released.

After replacement of column M1/M2, perform reset* and operate the desk. |

One column is not moving and the other columns slightly shakes. | 1) Check if the column plugs are well connected, perform a reset* and operate the desk. 2) If reset* can't be performed or the error keeps being triggered, column or control box could be defect. Now try to switch the cables connected to M1, M2 or M3 on the control box to see if the error code changes and perform solution 2a or 2b. 2a) If the error code changes, the column is defect and need to be replaced. 2b) If the error code remains the same, the control box is defect and needs to be replaced. |

Reset Procedure:
Press and hold «↓» until the frame has reached the lowest position. Then press and hold «↓» for 5 seconds until you hear a beep.

Anti-collision protection | Display shows E05, frame rebound 50 mm. | 1) Check whether the control box is installed horizontally at the bottom of the table top. 2) Check that the screws are fastened. The control box may not move. 3) Please remove the obstacle. 4) In the manual you can see how to adjust the anticollision sensitivity. Try to lower the sensitivity. Paragraph S2 explains how to do this. |
| E05 | 2. Upward current blockage | Display shows E05, frame rebound 50 mm. | 1) Make sure that the control box is mounted horizontally at the bottom of the table top. U dient eerst een account aan te maken waarbij uw bedrijfsgegevens en BTW nummer ingegeven dienen te worden. Na goedkeuring zal uw account worden vrijgegeven en kunt u alle prijzen en selectie mogelijkheden in onze website zien en eenvoudig online bestellen.
Wanneer kunt u met de ontvangst van uw bestelling rekenen?
- Wij beschikken over een uitgebreide inhouse bezorgdienst, waardoor wij zéér stipt en correct volgens afspraak, razendsnel kunnen leveren. U wordt telefonisch of per e-mail op de hoogte gebracht van de dag en indien mogelijk het tijdstip van de levering. Wij streven ernaar binnen 5 werkdagen te leveren.
Wat zijn de verzend – leveringskosten precies?
- Deze zijn in overleg.
Kan een bestelling ook bij mijn klant afgeleverd worden?
- Ja, wij verzorgen ook dropshipment. Dit betekent dat u in uw account tijdens uw bestelling ook een ander afleveradres kunt ingeven. Wij leveren dan namens u, de bestelde producten op het adres van uw klant. Wij nemen namens u of de vervoerder contact op met uw klant en maken een afspraak om de bestelling te leveren. Ook hierbij gelden de bezorg en levering voorwaarden.

Wat is de EN 1335 norm?
De EN 1335 is een Europese norm voor bureaustoelen. Deze norm zegt iets over de benodigde maatvoering en instelbaarheid van een bureaustoel voor de gemiddelde European.
Wat is de EN 527 norm?
De EN 527 is een Europese norm voor bureaus, zowel zit als zit-sta bureaus met vaste hoogte of verstelbare hoogte.
Wat is de NPR 1813 norm?
De NPR 1813 is een aanvulling op de EN 1335 (EU-norm voor bureaustoelen) en de EN 527 (EU-norm voor bureaus) die richting geeft aan de maatvoering en instelbaarheid van een bureaustoel en bureau voor de gemiddelde Nederlander. Deze aanvulling op de standaard EU-norm is vanwege het feit dat de Nederlander gemiddeld groter is dan de gemiddelde Europeaan.
